Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Systemizer Ltd handles personal data collected through this website. It is written to align with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

The controller of personal data collected through this website is Systemizer Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, Company No. 11000216. You can contact us about this policy or your personal data at info@systemizer.co.uk.

What we collect and why

We collect only the data you choose to provide, together with limited, non-identifying usage data:

  • Contact-form data — the name, organisation, work email address, phone number (if given), the requirement you select, a target date or deadline (if given), and your description of what is required and why. This information is transmitted to us by email, via our email delivery processor, to info@systemizer.co.uk.
  • Booking data — if you book a call, the details you enter are processed on Microsoft Bookings, on Microsoft's platform and under Microsoft's terms. This website does not store your booking data; it is handled within Microsoft's service.
  • Aggregate analytics — we use cookieless, aggregate analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand how the site is used. This sets no cookies, performs no cross-site tracking, and builds no personal profiles.

Email delivery and hosting

Contact-form submissions are delivered to us using Resend as our email delivery processor. The website is hosted by Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate terms.

Lawful bases

We process personal data on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:

  • Legitimate interests — responding to enquiries you send us and operating and securing the website.
  • Contract — taking steps at your request prior to entering into a prospective engagement.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months, or — where an engagement follows — for the duration of that engagement plus any statutory retention period that applies afterwards. We do not keep personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes described here.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not build marketing lists from website enquiries. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights over your personal data, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, where they apply. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@systemizer.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.

International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, that processing is carried out under appropriate safeguards recognised by UK data protection law.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
